Ivor Leigh Memorial School Roof

The Ivor Leigh Memorial School is in urgent need of roof repairs. This is the original zinc roof which has been patch repaired over time.  However due to persistent, heavy rain and high winds in recent months the damaged has become irreparable.

The leaky roof needs immediate repairs to prevent further damage to the building. Buckets have been placed strategically to catch the dripping water, furniture and equipment have been moved to minimise further damage. We have also moved furniture and other items from the affected areas to prevent further damage. 

Two offices, part of the school hall and Class 6 are damp and unsafe. this could result in us closing the school before the end of term and will effect enrolment for the start of the new school year.
